These are a couple of weekly calendars I picked up at Big Lots and altered to use for Christmas presents. The pink one just has a bunch of stuff from my stash. I inked all edges with Vintage photo distress ink. I chalk inked the chipboard before I stamped the sentiment in Vintage photo.
On the purple one, I stamped on the background paper with a stamp from the Fabulous Flowers stamp set. The sentiment is from the same set. The flowers are die cut with the poppies cuttlebugt die. The leaves are from a SU die. Button is from my stash.
I think they both turned out very nicely and will be appreciated by the recipients. TFL.

altered journal
This a journal I picked up at Target for 50 cents. I thought it would be perfect to alter and gift to someone. I took it all apart to alter it and had trouble getting the pages to stick back in so if anyone has any suggestions for that, I would appreciate it. Everything is just from my stash. I have decided I need to stop buying and start using. I wish I could get the hang of making those roses because so of you make beautiful ones. I keep practicing and my friends think they are great. The stamp set is SU Dreams du Jour. I popped the whole center up on pop dots.

Experience, strength and hope
I think I'm getting my mojo back. I had 3 stamp sets I hadn't put together yet and with a choice betwwen dog grooming and craft room yesterday, I choose the craft room. I found out that a good way to adhere lace to a card is to put it through my Xyron machine--works like a charm, everything is stuck down. Used a sponge to color the plain wodden button. All edges are sponged with soft suede. The stamp set is Strength and Hope. Cardstock is Kraft. Ink is soft suede. Pink DP and ink are old CTMH Shell Pink. Used silver pearls on the butterfly body.

CAS140
I have had such a dry spell. Can't get motivated to make anything. I thought I'd try a challenge for today and this card is for CAS140. I started this card with a blue, yellow and orange ribbon--can you see it? No? Well that's because the card took on a life of its own as so many do. I don't know the colors of the cardstock because I pulled them out of a pile of mixed colors. The DP is K&Co. The stamp is from Big Lots. I colored the stamp with my aqua painter and Groovy Guava, Barely Banana and Real Red. The ribbon is from my stash and looked Groovy Guava to me. So there you have it.

WT331
I made this card for Splitcoast's Ways to Use It challenge this week, to make a collage card using 4 stamps. This is one of my very favorite looks and I think I got it this time. I used Becca's bow making thingie to make the bow. It is so easy to make beautiful bows with that.
Paper: Kraft and Blushing Bride
Ink: Kraft and chocolate
Stamps: Very Vintage wheel, Organic grace, flourish from Inkadinkado, word from K&Co.

Judy's Bday
I finally had time to do a challenge! I did thos for the Technique Lovers Challenge 330, to make something look old. Don't know where the stamps are from other than out of my drawer. Colored the flowers with various and asundry inks using my water brush. I need some Copics!! The flower is one made from the 5 petal punch that I stamped with a script stamp. The paper is Concord Crush. I used the texture wheel to distress the paper and inked the edges with Kraft ink. I made this for a very dear friend's birthday tomorrow. Thanks for looking.

Orion's scrapbook
This is the cover of a scrapbook I made for my great nephew. His name is Orion so the stars were a given. The scrapbook came with the gingham cover. I made the stars with my Cricut and Doodlecharms cartridge and covered them with old CTMH paper. This fits the requirement for WT324 and for F4A66 as the chipboard came in a package of paper. This is my first time making chipboard shapes and it won't be my last!! The inside is all done but I'm not posting 20 pages!!
